Cleanliness and hotel facilities were impressive. The rooms felt brand new, and the cleaning standards were high. The hotel had excellent parking facilities, including free EV charging, which was a great perk. The location was perfect, right next to a shopping center, making it convenient for last-minute Christmas Eve shopping. Additionally, having a steakhouse next door and outlet malls nearby added to the overall appeal. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making the stay even more enjoyable.

Nothing, all aspects were excellent.

The hotel is a great value for money - prices are reasonable and the rooms have everything you need. It's conveniently located near an MRT station, so getting around is a breeze. The staff are friendly and attentive, and the basic amenities are well-maintained. Plus, the rooms even come with balconies!

All was decent, nothing particularly stood out as bad.

Fast check-in despite busy crowd. Well-designed and comfortable room with great sunlight. Big, clean, and comfortable bed. Meticulous daily cleaning and replacement of essentials. Excellent location near subway and bus lines. Nice and friendly reception team. Polite and considerate housekeeping staff. Convenient proximity to 24-hour convenience store and nearby mall with restaurants.

During my recent stay at Aqueen Hotel Paya Lebar, I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent location. It was just a 5-minute walk from the Paya Lebar MRT station, making it extremely convenient for exploring the city. There were also shopping malls and a 24-hour food court nearby, offering plenty of options at reasonable prices. The hotel staff were friendly and provided great customer service.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. It was clean and well-maintained, which was one of the best aspects. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. There was nothing I didn't like.

Cleanliness consistent, staff nice, check-in simple. Unexpected room upgrade with bathtub, made our day. Excellent location, convenience store next door, food nearby, walking distance to MRT. Good soundproofing, pillows support head & neck. Helpful, friendly staff, even assisted with heavy luggage. Prompty prepared room, stored wet items properly. Genuinely pleasant, courteous, and helpful. Housekeeping checked on room cleaning preference.

The hotel is conveniently located close to Paya Lebar Square mall which had a fantastic food court. It is also in the shopping mall at walking distance next to the MRT station, making it very easy to get around. The rooms are nice and the beds are comfortable.

The TV channels offered at the hotel are limited, with only a few English language shows available.
